Un nez complexe aux notes d'agrumes et de fleurs blanches, de fruits jaunes se mêlant aux épices: bâton de fenouil, citronnelle...Une bouche onctueuse, dynamique et d'une belle profondeur sur une très discrète touche boisée portée par une finale saline que lui confère le terroir. Idéal à l'apéritif, des coquillages, des poissons grillés ou un tajine d'agneau. Un vin harmonieux qui peut se garder de 6 à 8 ans.
