Le nez pimenté présente une fraîcheur mentholée sur des arômes fins et complexes de fruits noirs et d'épices orientales. La bouche est pleine, puissante, d'une belle énergie sur des tanins d'une grande finesse. Le boisé discret (vieillissement de 10 mois en fût de chêne français) est bien intégré et complète ce parfait équilibre. S'apprécie mieux après décantation. Grand potentiel de garde.
