Très complexe et racé, le nez conduit vers des parfums de bâton de fenouil, de zeste de citron salé, d'épices douces, associés à quelques notes minérales. La bouche puissante, dynamique, large est constituée d'une belle trame phénolique. Les notes boisées s'effacent devant une belle acidité et salinité. Peut se garder 8 ans et plus.
